Built for demanding environments, the Cyl150 combines outstanding brightness, rugged construction and impressive energy efficiency in one sleek linear fitting. Producing up to 19,000 lumens while using approximately 70W, it is a powerful replacement for traditional 58W T8 battens and 80W T5 fluorescent fittings.
Designed and assembled at Covershields using modern LED technology, the Cyl150 delivers reliable illumination with lower running and maintenance costs.
Made for Tough Conditions
With its IP66-rated enclosure, the Cyl150 is protected against dust and powerful water jets, making it ideal for damp, dusty and wash-down environments. Its robust aluminium heat-sink chassis also handles everyday shocks and vibrations more effectively than conventional fluorescent fittings.
The light is housed inside a clear protective tube with watertight white or black end caps. Installation is quick and straightforward using the two supplied plastic Terry clips.

A Size for Every Application
Cyl30 is the compact powerhouse of the range. At only 320mm long, it produces an impressive 2,100 lumens, making it ideal where space is limited but strong lighting is essential.
Cyl60 delivers 6,400 lumens from a slim 600mm body. It provides a major brightness upgrade over conventional 18W T8 and 24W T5 fluorescent fittings.
Cyl120 produces an exceptional 12,800 lumens from a 1,140mm fitting. It is an excellent high-output alternative to traditional four-foot fluorescent battens.
Cyl150 is the flagship model. Measuring 1,680mm and delivering up to 19,000 lumens, it provides intense, even illumination for large or demanding work areas while consuming less energy than many fluorescent alternatives.
