LED Cyl150 IP66 Waterproof Fitting
Our stunning IP66 Cyl150 waterproof LED cylinder light fitting is perfect for today’s environments, with its slim design and amazing 6500 lumens light output. It is constructed at Covershields premises using the latest electronics and LED technology on the market today.
It has outstanding energy efficiency on running costs compared to other similar LED fittings on the market within the UK.
The IP66 waterproof LED cylinder has the capability to be used in damp, dusty or wet conditions. Its ability to withstand everyday shocks and vibrations outperforms all T8 fluorescent tube fittings and even T5 fittings. The IP66 waterproof cylinder is a perfect replacement fitting as it is easy to install in most places with just two plastic terry clips.
This type of unit is designed to replace the old 80 T5 or the 58W batten fitting. The fitting is a bit longer and has the normal 58W batten fitting at a total length of 1680mm with an unbelievable 16000 lums running at 240V 78 Watts. It is more than twice the brightness as the normal 80W T5 fluorescent tube, and even 3 times brighter than a 58W fluorescent tube, and even more impressive it uses less energy to do that.
The unit LEDs are mounted smartly on a robust C-shape aluminium heat sink chassis, with all the wires and electronics very neatly contained inside the chassis. They are held inside an IP66 waterproof clear plastic tube with 2 water-tight white or black endcaps with a 1 m PVC flex coming out of one end cap.

It comes with 2 x 52mm plastic terry clips (white or black).
It can run on 240 or 110 volts and it complies with IEC and FCC electrical and safety standards.
It comes with a 1 meter, 3 core lead and can be longer if required.
The led Cyl150 light can be directional.

Cyl30
The smallest unit in our remarkable range is the Cyl30, which is only 320mm wide with an impressive lumen output of 2100 lum, which is five times brighter than a normal 8W T5 fluorescent tube fitting and uses roughly the same amount of energy.
The unit consists of three lines of very bright LEDs mounted on a smartly robust C-shaped aluminium heat sink chassis with all the wires and electronics very neatly contained inside the chassis.
Cyl60
This waterproof fitting is only 600mm long and has an impressive 6400 lumens running at 24 watts. It is close to 5 times brighter than a normal 18W T8 fluorescent tube and 5 times brighter than a 24W T5 fluorescent tube. They roughly use the same amount of power.
Cyl120
This waterproof fitting is only 4 ft (1140mm) long and has an unbelievable 12800 lumens running at 240 volts at 60 watts. It’s just a bit shorter in length than the 36W battens type fitting but makes up for it with an overwhelming. It is 3 times brighter than a normal 36W T8 fluorescent tube and 4 times brighter than a 28W T5 fluorescent tube, using slightly more energy.
Cyl150
This type of unit is designed to replace the old 80W T5 or the 58w batten fitting. The fitting is a bit longer and has the normal 5ft batten fitting at a total length of 1680mm with an unbelievable 19000 lums running at 240v 70watts. More than twice as bright as a standard 80w T5 fluorescent tube is three times as bright as a 58w fluorescent tube and even brighter impressive and uses less energy to do that.
